Good product if you get your items unused and all the pieces were there. Ordered items from the states so had to go to UPS in Buffalo to retrieve just so that I could find that my product had been used and not all the pieces were the bag. Contacted customer service and they were happy to ship new ones but would not ship them directly to me so I had to make time to cross the border again to retrieve them. I asked them to double check that they have not been used because I’m wasting more time and money plus I had a 1 year old child which made it even more difficult.

I ordered two of the grey mats, but received one grey and one in the other color. I love the design and intended to make one large mat out of the two. I submitted a contact form a week ago to get this error fixed, but have not received a response yet.

I was looking for colorful interlocking foam flooring and this was about the only product I found that came in a shape other than 1'x1' or 2'x2' squares. Very excited to find that such a product even existed. Ordered two (2) mats, one of which came perfectly fine and it was exactly what I wanted. One of the mats I ordered arrived at my door with the wrong assortment and even missing pieces. I emailed support about the situation. Reply was prompt and the solution offered for replacement pieces was quite generous. I love my hexagon flooring!

I love how this felt and I was surprised my husband liked it too. I love the colors because it matches the room and I needed something for my kids to be on my cold cold floor. They love love rolling on it. I will give an update as I don't know how the cracks will last.

I would buy this mat again. It’s easy to clean and does what I expected it to do. However, it’s very lightweight and occasionally slips on tile floor when toys aren’t weighing it down. I bought two mats hoping to cover a large portion of our playroom, but I ended up ordering a third . The mat is not “squishy.” It’s pretty firm and easy to walk on, but I trust it to cushion a fall and make sitting more comfortable as compared to tile. The mat pieces are solid foam; there is no plastic lining. After 6 months of use, there is no peeling, color fading, or scratches/rips.

Assembly: I might be wrong about this, but I believe some edge pieces are modified to specifically be the corner pieces. These “corner pieces” have one edge longer than tiles of their same shape. I included a picture with circles around the difference of edge length in same-shape mat pieces. Other reviewers are mentioning “overlapping pieces,” and I think this may be why. Putting a corner piece along the edge would result in an overlap with the adjacent tile. If you can identify these corner pieces before assembly, it goes a lot smoother.

The dimensions of 3 assembled mats is 70 3/4” by 121 3/4”. The tiles are 1/2” thick.
